Unlocking Business Agility with Evidence Based Management

See Patricia Kong (Scrum.org) and Ryan Ripley and Todd Miller (agileforhumans.org) in this special IN-PERSON event at Microsoft as they discuss their new book Unlocking Business Agility with Evidence-Based Management!

Evidence-Based Management (EBM) supplies a framework for effectively putting goals and supporting measures in place to help organizations focus on value creation and achieving business outcomes. At the heart of EBM are the customers and the organization’s ability to serve them.

This will be an interactive event with both presentation and Q&A. During this event you will learn:

  • What EBM is
  • What drove them to write this book and how to read/use it
  • Examples of EBM in the field
  • How to get started with EBM

And as always, they will answer your toughest questions. We will also be raffling off a few EBM books and maybe additional special surprises!

This event is for all those partaking in an agile transformation, from executives, to middle management, to Scrum Masters and Product Owners. If your agile transformation has stalled and your organization has not seen the results you hoped for in terms of value delivery and achievement of key business outcomes, don’t miss this event!
