Accelerate Agility In Your Organization With Open Space
Good, let alone great, results with agile practices might be a rare event in your company.
Looking to improve those results?
Try using Open Space in your organization.
Open Space Technology (“OST”) is an all-hands meeting format that generates very high levels of engagement, which is essential for success with agile practices.
Every Monday at 12 noon EST starting on January 13th, OST expert Daniel Mezick will walk you through exactly how to do this. After you get this teaching, you will be able to level-up your agile program by introducing OST into your organization.
Everyone who attends will receive all the content from Daniel’s OST class, which he usually teaches as an 8-hour online class for $799.
Here is the course Outline. Daniel will cover all the material in a non-linear fashion over 12 sessions. This way you can jump in to any session at any time, ask questions, get answers, and get educated so you can plan & deliver OST events inside YOUR company.
You’ll receive valuable supporting tools in a PDF toolkit, including checklists for planning, setting up, and delivering Open Space events.
There is no cost but you must register to participate in this virtual Zoom workshop. Here is how you do it:
1. Join our Agile Boston Group on LinkedIn
2. See the registration link in a post at the top of the page and get signed up!
