The world is changing rapidly, and organizations are struggling to adapt. Generally, the more successful an organization is, the more likely it will have higher rigidity. According to the data, traditional approaches that made these organizations successful are insufficient to adapt to this. So how do we solve this problem? We will play a game. Darren Terrell is an Enterprise Transformation Coach, Leadership Coach/Trainer, Organization Designer, and Agile/Kanban Trainer. He has been leading transformations for medium to large organizations for over a decade. As a senior transformation specialist, he has worked with executives and Agile teams for many years. Darren has a breadth of experience creating the conditions for successful agile and digital transformation in the private and public sectors. Darren is a pioneer in applying Open patterns and practices to facilitate real agility in large organizations. He serves as a board member for the Agile Cincinnati, a member of the Open Leadership Network, and is a regular conference speaker. Darren is the co-creator of Inviting Vision, Certified OpenSpace Agility Trainer, Agile/Scrum Trainer/Coach, Leadership Trainer/Coach, Licensed Agile Fluency Diagnostic and Game Facilitator, and Certified Trainer for Training from the BACK of the Room. Darren currently works as Director, Enterprise Agility at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
