SCRUMBAN: SCRUM + KANBAN
Scrum is a highly effective framework for managing complex software development. Though simple to understand, it’s difficult to master, with the effectiveness of many of the mechanisms it relies upon to optimize the process driven by overall team maturity.
Scrumban represents a layering of the Kanban Method within a Scrum context, complementing it with a variety of new metrics, visualization and management techniques. Our presentation will walk participants through common evolutions in thinking, process and management that teams and organizations experience when using Scrumban to improve their mastery of the Scrum framework.
